This free, practical session is designed for parents of high schoolers navigating academics, friendships, growing responsibilities, and the need for more independence.

You’ll walk away with tools to support:

EDP Training with Ben Medley, LCSW

We’re bringing Ben Medley, LCSW, Senior Faculty with the AEDP Institute, from New York City to Raleigh for a full-day, in-person training on Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).

This is a rare opportunity to learn from a skilled AEDP teacher in a setting that fosters connection, insight, and clinical growth. Whether you're new to AEDP or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers practical tools and experiential depth you can bring into your clinical work.
