You’ll create a sustainable personal budget in YNAB, understand exactly what you need to earn, organize expenses, tackle credit cards and debt, and build daily routines that make money feel manageable—not overwhelming.

Now that your income goal is in place, we can design a business to support it—clearly, consistently, and confidently—without the overwhelm.

You’ll create a custom Profit First-inspired system known as Profit for Keeps®️ with simplified percentages tailored to your practice and your lifestyle. You’ll know how much to set aside for taxes, expenses, and owner pay—so you can make confident decisions without second-guessing every number.

  • You Need a Budget (YNAB) is a modern budgeting tool based on the envelope method. It’s one of my favorite ways to help therapists create clarity around their cash flow.
